Pickles Auctions is the official auctioneer for the Tasmanian Government in Hobart.

This auction of more than 60 vehicles every Tuesday is Tasmania's leading auction of Government vehicles, followed by Fleet and Repossessed vehicles. All Government and Fleet vehicles are available to be purchased for a Fixed Price on Saturdays 9:00am - 2:00pm or Mondays 8:00am - 4.30pm.

The majority of these Government vehicles are offered for sale when they are only two years old or have travelled 40,000kms. Most of these vehicles have been inspected by the RACT to increase buyer confidence and are still covered under a transferable manufacturer's warranty.

Major clients include the Tasmanian Government (Fleet managed by FleetAustralia), The Australian Government and Department of Defence (Fleet managed by LeasePlan), Aurora Energy, local councils and various fleet and finance companies.

Buyers can either bid in person at our undercover facility at Moonah or participate live online in real time over the internet from anywhere in Australia.
