Please Note: Processing Fees:
$1 - $4,999 – 16.5%, $5,000 and above – 8.8% + $60.50 admin fee.
Delivery: All items are sold as pickup ONLY.
Customer Pickup: To collect your purchases, please ensure you bring a copy of your winners email or invoice, together with photo ID. On the basis you send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, the third party will need to provide a copy of your winners email, a copy of your photo ID and a signed document authorising to release the goods to the third party. We provide very limited loading assistance using forklifts. We do not provide heavy lifting/crane facilities and this must be arranged by the buyer at their own cost. Please liaise with our staff regarding suitable times for loading using a crane.
Collection guidelines: All items can be collected from Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm. All items must be collected from Chullora within 3 business day of the auction completion date otherwise storage charges will apply.
Note: All Statutory Write-off’s & WOVR N/A assets sold in this sale cannot be towed from site unless it is by a licensed towing company. .
