Payment: Payment may have been automatically deducted from your nominated account. Should an outstanding balance remain, payment is required within 24 hours of sale completion. EFT Preferred. Payments made at the branch will incur payment fees. Late payment fees may apply if sale terms and conditions are breached at cost of $60.00 per day plus GST.
Delivery/Collection Information: All items are sold as pickup only and must be collected from 39 Park Ave, Pennington 5013 SA, within 3 days after the auction close date. Please advise of your collection details as uncollected items will incur storage fees and may be deemed abandoned and resold or otherwise disposed of at the cost to the registered buyer.
PLEASE NOTE: The assets sold in this sale are deemed as salvage, therefore cannot be towed or driven from our premises. Pickles Auctions can refuse to load if deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Note: To collect your purchases, please ensure bring a copy of your winner’s email or invoice as well photo ID. On the basis you send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you will need to send them with a copy of your winner’s email, a copy of your photo ID and a signed document authorising to release the goods.
WHS Notification: Enclosed footwear must be worn onsite at all times. Entry for inspection/collection will be refused should enclosed footwear not comply.
