These are displayed at the auction site and apply to the Auction. We recommend that you read them. The Auctioneer will draw your attention to these prior to the Auction.

Pickles Live Fee
An Internet bidding fee of $110.00 (Incl. GST) will apply to lots purchased for over $1,000.00 and over.

Processing Fee
A processing fee of 16.5% for all lots sold up to $9,999.99, 11% for all lots sold from $10,000.00 up to $19,999.99 & 8.25% for all lots sold $20,000.00 & over (incl. GST) of the hammer price will be added to their invoice. A $60.50 admin fee will be applicable to all lots sold for $10,000.00 or more.

Buyers Number
Before you buy you must register at the registration desk. You will be required to sign a Buyer's Identification form stating that you understand the 'Terms and Conditions of Auction'. You must produce a identification in the form of a current Australian driver licence. You will then be given a Buyer number which is yours for this Auction only.

If successful, the items will be 'knocked down' to you. You will be immediately approached by a clerk to whom you are required to pay a deposit of 10% by cash or bank cheque. The balance of the money is to be paid by 3.00pm on the next working day after sale by EFT, Cash, Bank Cheque or EFTPOS only.

Items cannot be collected until Monday, 5 May 2019. All Items will be transported back to our Milperra branch for collection. If you wish to collect from the Penrith site, please make prior arrangements with staff. (subject to payment conditions).

Condition and Description
Reference to condition of items contained in the catalogue has been supplied by the vendor. Interpretation of condition is a matter of opinion and intending buyers should satisfy themselves in this regard. In many cases we have only seen a photograph and we cannot guarantee whatsoever the description. Where hours and/or kilometres are indicated for a particular vehicle/machine either verbally or in writing it is an indication of the hours/kilometres showing on that asset. 'Caveat emptor'.

Buyer Notice
Some items may be withdrawn prior to auction.

The Auctioneer has the right to nominate how much each bid represents. Be careful - You cannot withdraw a bid once it has been made.

Health and Safety
The Auctioneer and the Vendor have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that no plant or equipment offered for sale is fit for use in any workplace and it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that the plant is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use.
