Items are sold on “as is – where is”, “Best return” basis and must be paid for by within 5 working days.
Terms & Conditions
All persons submitting an expression of interest are required to fill out the EOI form with details of their offer. Tenders can be submitted in writing at the Pickles Auctions Branch or via email. The successful applicant only, will be advised within two (2) working days. All OH&S rules must be adhered to at all times as discussed with Vendor/Pickles Contact when arranging collection.
Please Note: Offers can and will be reviewed/accepted as and when they are received. Pickles and the Vendor reserve the right to sell these items prior to the close of the EOI.
Pickles / Hassalls reserve the rights to:
a) Accept an offer that the Vendor considers to best solution;
b) Sell any goods during the Tender should the offer meet the Vendors acceptance;
c) Accept or reject any offers or remove any items from sale;
d) Accept one offer, or more than one offer, for the whole of its requirements;
e) Accept separate offers for any portion of its requirements;
f) Accept one offer, or more than one offer, for any portion of its requirements;
g) Not accept the highest offer;
h) Not accept any offer.
Purchased items must be removed within 5 working days. Buyer & Transport Operators must comply with all OH&S regulations & induction processes before entering site and must provide their paid in full invoice. Buyer must ensure surroundings are left in make good order when purchased items are removed.
Health and Safety
The Auctioneer and the Vendor have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that no plant or equipment offered for sale is fit for use in any workplace and it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that the plant is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use.
