Planned Maintenance: 17–18 July
To improve our systems, we will be undertaking planned maintenance from 10:00pm Friday 17 July until approximately 11:30pm Saturday 18 July.
During this period:
- New MyPickles account registrations will be unavailable.
- We will be unable to create new MyPickles Member Numbers while maintenance is underway.
- To participate in bidding or make purchases, you must have an active MyPickles Member Number. Customers who do not already have a Member Number will need to wait until maintenance has been completed before registering and participating.
- Existing members will still be able to access their accounts, however some account management functions may be temporarily unavailable.
- Bidding and Buy Now purchases will continue to be available for existing registered members.
- Processing of purchases will be delayed while maintenance is underway.
- Invoices for transactions completed during the maintenance window will be issued from Sunday 19 July.
- For Fixed Price purchases, deposits can still be paid; however, invoices will not be available until maintenance is complete.
- Purchases made during this time may not appear in your My Purchases page until systems have been fully restored.
