Overseas Buyer

As an overseas member, there is a verification process that needs to be conducted by Pickles staff before your account setup can be completed. Please allow up to 24 hours for this process to be finalised.
Once you have created your account, please email a copy of your passport or the front and back of your driver licence to MyPicklesInfoUpdate@pickles.com.au.
Unfortunately, international shipping is unavailable and buyers are required to make their own shipping arrangements.
GST is included in the purchase price as it is also included in the fees associated with a successful purchase. The GST component will be broken down in full for the successful purchaser on the tax invoice provided. There are some items that are GST not applicable and they will be identified on the website as “GST Not Applicable”.
Will you be exporting your purchase? You will be charged the GST initially but after the appropriate documentation is sent, we can refund you the amount. The purchase also has to be exported within 60 days which is our ATO timeframe in order to receive the refund.
Please contact ExportGSTRequest@pickles.com.au to advise them you intend to export your purchase and they will provide you with the documentation required.
To pay from an international account you will need our SWIFT/BIC Code. It is: ANZBAU3MXXX.
