Transport FAQs

Pickles offers Nationwide to all states and territories door to door transport for all asset types, excluding General Goods, IT and non-mobile plant and machinery. 
The insurance coverage for items being transported is provided by our trusted third-party partners. For any questions regarding the specifics of this coverage, please feel free to contact our team. 
No we offer a door to door service, items cannot be collected from local branches.

Our team is committed to responding to customer enquiries the same business day, during business hours. 

For more complex items or longer-distance deliveries, it may take a little longer. 

If your request is urgent, please call our transport team on 1300 296 251 - they’re always happy to help! 

No, if Pickles arranges the transport of your purchased item you will not be charged storage fees.

If an instant quote is available, it will; be displayed immediately on the item details page using your address linked to your MyPickles account.  If an instant quote is not available, you can click the hyperlink to request a quote from our team. 

If you have purchased or won an item, please go to your My Purchases Items section of your MyPickles  account where you will be able to book your transport.

The booking of transportation will be confirmed upon the full payment of your purchase (including the transport charges). We will provide you with an expected date of delivery once the booking is confirmed.

We aim to achieve the following service levels from the date of full payment.

Interstate Capital City destinations Between 7-10 days
Regional and Remote destinations To be provided upon booking
Industrial Assets Metropolitan postcodes from Capital City business units Within 5 days
Regional and Interstate destinations To be provided upon booking
Salvage Metropolitan postcodes from Capital City business units Within 48 hours
Regional and Interstate destinations Expected delivery date provided upon booking
