Items are sold on “as is – where is”, “Best return” basis and must be paid for within 5 business days of invoice.
Terms & Conditions
All persons submitting an expression of interest are required to fill out an EOI FORM with details of their offer. Tenders can be submitted in writing at the Pickles Auctions Branch, via email or via fax. The successful applicant only, will be advised within two (2) working days. All OH&S rules must be adhered to at all times.
Please be advised that Pickles reserves the right to accept any reasonable offers submitted & accepted by the vendor during the Expressions of Interest campaign.
All items must be removed within ‘4 weeks from Invoice Date’ unless prior arrangements have been made. Removal is entirely at the expense of the buyer.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to collect the assets from the laydown yard with all material handling equipment to be provided by the purchaser at their cost.
Assets are being fully demobilised from the working CSG site with the transport of the assets into the holding yard estimated to completed by the 12th of June 2020. The buildings will be wrapped & braced ready for transport.
Insurance and security of the goods becomes the buyers responsibility upon full payment.
Health and Safety
The Auctioneer and the Vendor have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that no plant or equipment offered for sale is fit for use in any workplace and it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that the plant is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use.
