Payment: Items are sold on "as is - where is" basis and must be paid for within 24 hours of invoice issued.
Invoice notice: If you have purchased a combination load, our team will send you an itemised invoice within 24 hours. Please do not pay until you have received the itemised invoice.
Delivery/Collection Information: Assets are to be collected within 5 working days of receiving invoice.
Note: To collect your purchases, please ensure you bring a copy of your winner’s email or invoice as well as photo ID. On the basis you send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you will need to send them with a copy of your winner’s email, a copy of your photo ID and a signed document authorising to release the goods.
Please Note: The Auctioneer and Seller have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that any plant and equipment is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use. ALL transport must be compliant and all (CoR) rules will apply.
WHS Notification: Enclosed footwear must always be worn onsite. Entry for inspection/collection will be refused should enclosed footwear not comply.
