*This vessel is sold as is where is with faults if any. Inspection is highly recommended.

*The vessel description only describes what is offered for sale.

*The vessel is excluded from the guarantee provided by Sections 54-59, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumers Act 2010.

Payment: Payment is to be made within 24 hours of sale. At the completion of sale.  Your invoice and zero balance invoice once payment has been received can be located in your  MyPickles Account under Billing.  Banking details for payment are located at the bottom of the invoice. Once your funds have been allocated to your purchase a zero balance invoice will be issued in your MyPickles.  Payment via Credit Card is not available. Please provide the zero balance invoice when collection or arranging collection of your asset. 

Collection and Removal Information: Notice of collection including launch and towing/tug arrangements must be provided by Monday, 16 March 2026. Launching and removal may occur only within daylight hours between 16–27 March 2026. All Vessels must be launched and removed from the site strictly by 3:00 pm Friday, 27 March 2026 unless prior written approval is obtained from Ocean Logistics Limited and advised to Australian Frontline Machinery.  Vessels must be launched and towed from the Ocean Logistics Limited, 5 Wharf Road, Port Vila, Vanuatu.  Vessels must be removed from site by water tow only.  All costs of towing, transport, and removal are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  A mandatory one-way launch fee of AUD $5,000 per vessel is payable to Ocean Logistics Limited prior to launch date.  Launch fee includes crane hire (120t), lifting gear, labour, supervision and wharf coordination.  Ocean Logistics Limited may withhold the Vessel until all launche fees are paid 

Insurance: Insurance and security are the buyer’s responsibility upon full payment.

Please note:  The export of vehicles with military origins is controlled by Australian legislation. Buyers will need to submit an application to export controlled goods through http://www.defence.gov.au/deco/DECS.asp or call the Defence Export Control Office (DECO) on 1800 661 066 to ascertain if Export Approval is required.
