Invoice notice: If you have purchased a combination load, our team will send you an itemised invoice within 24 hours. Please do not pay until you have received the itemised invoice.

Payment: Payment must be finalised within 48 hours of sale or your invoice may be cancelled at Pickles sole discretion.

Important: Collection Information: Collections must occur within 3 business days following the completion of the sale, storage fees applicable. This item must be collected (lifted, towed and transported as applicable) in accordance with Pickles Driver Induction, all relevant and applicable State and Federal legislative instruments, Acts, Regulations, Standards and Codes of Practice including, but not limited to, the Heavy Vehicle National Law, Chain of Responsibility, and Workplace Health and Safety laws. Temporary movement permits and unregistered vehicle permits will NOT be accepted for collection of the item. We will not load assets onto car trailers under any circumstances. Any form of self-loading of the item by winching, pushing, dragging etc is NOT permitted. Onsite dismantling of the item or onsite hot works are NOT permitted whatsoever.

Important: Crane Permits Required: All cranes required for collection from the below sites must require a permit from the airport prior to engaging crane company to attend site and perform the lift for loading in accordance with the below. It the buyer fully responsibility to make the relevant enquiries and contact with the airport prior and inform the crane company. Pickles makes no guarantee as to the approval of the permit and or approval requirements by the airport.
Acacia Ridge / Archerfield: Crane permit is required for any or all lifts performed onsite from the Archerfield airport.
Tullamarine: Crane permit is required for any or all lifts that exceed the height restriction of 12 metres onsite from the Tullamarine Airport.

Note: To collect your purchases, please ensure you bring a copy of your zero balance invoice as well as photo ID. On the basis you send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you will need to send them with a copy of your zero balance invoice, a copy of your photo ID and a signed document authorising to release the goods.

WHS Notification: Enclosed footwear must be worn onsite at all times. Entry for inspection/collection will be refused should enclosed footwear not comply.
