Under instructions from Major Oil & Gas Vendor, Pickles is seeking expression of Nomad Modular Building Transportable Office Blocks, Cribrooms and Ablution Buildings.
Please carefully read all the attached Terms and Conditions in EOI Document to ensure offers are considered for the purchase.
Offers will be accepted from Thursday, 24th September 2026 with offers closing Wednesday, 25th November 2026 at 1pm AWST. Please note that the vendor is open to offers before the EOI closing date and may be sold prior to closing date.

Payment: All Payments to be made within 48hrs of Invoice.
Collection: Note: The successful purchaser will be responsible for the complete demobilisation, separation, preparation, loading, transportation, and removal of the modular office complex from the Pluto site. Any additional contents included are provided strictly on a bonus basis and will not be itemised or listed.
Due to site access and operational requirements, the successful purchaser will be provided with the contact details of four (4) Tier One approved contractors currently authorised to perform works onsite.
The purchaser will be required to engage one of the approved contractors to undertake the demobilisation and removal works. Contractors not included on the approved list will not be permitted to perform works onsite without prior written approval from the site owner.
Important Notice
This asset is sold on an "as is, where is" basis. Prospective purchasers are strongly encouraged to inspect the asset and obtain independent quotations for demobilisation, refurbishment, lifting, and transportation costs prior to bidding. All risks, costs, and responsibilities associated with the removal and relocation of the asset remain with the purchaser.
WHS Notification: Enclosed footwear must always be worn onsite. Entry for inspection/collection will be refused should enclosed footwear not comply.
