Under instructions from Aspen Group, Pickles is offering for sale the full unused inventory contents for 100 berth camp including complete commercial catering equipment and food‑service machinery, kitchen prep and cooking appliances, refrigeration and cold‑storage units, serving ware and tableware, bakery and buffet display systems, accommodation assets such as beds, linen, pillows, towels, lamps, TVs and mini‑fridges, plus extensive general‑infrastructure items including safety and cleaning equipment, tools, storage solutions, POS systems, pest‑control units, signage, waste systems and site‑support fixtures and more.
The start time for this auction is Friday, 24th April 2026 at 9:00am AWST with the highest bidder determined at the close of bidding on Wednesday, 29th April 2026 at 3:00pm AWST.

Viewing Days: By appointment only with project manager.
Payment: Payment must be finalised within 48 hours of sale acceptance or your invoice may be cancelled at Pickles sole discretion.
Collection Information: Assets are sold as pick up only and must be collected by buyer or their transporter at Paris Road, Australind WA 6233. Collections are ONLY available between Monday, 4th May to Wednesday, 6th May, Hours 9am to 4pm.
Additional Information: Please ensure adequate transport and/or equipment is arranged prior to collecting. Please refer to individual lot descriptions for collection requirements.
Any items remaining uncollected after the specified timeframe will incur a storage fee or may be deemed abandoned and disposed of.
Asset packaging and removal are the purchasers responsibility in the time frame specified for this sale.
Please be aware during busy periods an extensive wait time should be expected.
Enclosed footwear must be worn at all times when inspecting or collecting goods.
Persons under the age of 16 years will not be permitted onsite.
Tradespeople e.g.; electricians, plumbers etc will be required to produce the relevant licence and show copies of Certificate of Currencies for Workers Compensation and Public Liability Insurances before commencing work on site.
Riggers, Forklift and Crane Drivers etc will be required to produce the relevant license before commencing work on site.
It is a condition of entry to site that all visitors comply with any directions given by Pickles staff or their representatives.
Work carried out on this site must be completed in a manner compliant with all Workplace Health & Safety legislation.
All power tools and equipment used on site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment.
Pickles or their representatives will specify, based on the hazards present on the site, the mandatory personal protective equipment required to be worn prior to approval being given for entry to the site. (e.g.; safety footwear, safety eyewear, hard hats etc).
The use of certified equipment, harnesses, work platforms etc will be required for any work carried out above 1.8 metres.
WHS Notification: Enclosed footwear must be worn onsite at all times. Entry for inspection/collection will be refused should enclosed footwear not comply.
