Under instructions from Under Instructions from Matthew Leslie Joiner, David Clout & Associates, for the matter of Jon Kendall & Associates Pty Ltd ATF The Kendall Family Trust t/as JKA Commercial Glazing (In Liquidation), Pickles is seeking expressions of interest for Glazing and Metal Fabrication Equipment, Stock and Associated Assets.

Offers will be accepted from Tuesday, 3rd November 2026 with offers closing Thursday, 19th June 2026 at 3:00pm AEST. Please note that the vendor is open to offers before the EOI closing date and may be sold prior to closing date.

Fees: Processing fees of 10% +GST apply for this sale.

Viewing Days: By appointment only.

Payment: The deposit must be paid within one (1) business day of acceptance, with the balance payable in full within five (5) business days.

Collection: Collection must be completed within ten (10) business days of completion of the sale.

WHS Notification: Enclosed footwear must always be worn onsite. Entry for inspection/collection will be refused should enclosed footwear not comply.
