Under Instructions from SALEA Advisory in the matter of North South Carpentry & Joinery PTY LTD (Administrators Appointed), Pickles is offering for sale Late Model Joinery Equipment Including 2024 Biesse Rover AS 1236+FT NC Machining Centre, 2024 Biesse Akron 1330 A Single Sided Edge Bander, 2022 SCM GS90 Hot Press, 2005 Casolin Astra DGT Panel Saw, Compressors, Dust Extractors, Various Other Woodworking Machinery, and Stock.

The start time for this auction is Thursday, 18th June 2026 at 9:00am AEST with the highest bidder determined at the close of bidding on Monday, 22nd June 2026 at 4:00pm AEST.

Collection information: Assets are sold as pick up only and must be collected by buyer or their transporter. Collections available Tuesday, 22 June to Friday, 26 June 2026, from 8:00am to 4:00pm (weekdays only), unless otherwise specified in the lot description.

Additional information: Please ensure adequate transport and/or equipment is arranged prior to collecting.  Please refer to individual lot descriptions for collection requirements.
Any items remaining uncollected after the specified timeframe will incur a storage fee or may be deemed abandoned and disposed of. 
Asset packaging and removal are the purchasers responsibility in the time frame specified for this sale. 
Please be aware during busy periods an extensive wait time should be expected. 
Enclosed footwear must be worn at all times when inspecting or collecting goods. 
Persons under the age of 16 years will not be permitted onsite. 
Tradespeople e.g.; electricians, plumbers etc will be required to produce the relevant licence and show copies of Certificate of Currencies for Workers Compensation and Public Liability Insurances before commencing work on site. 
Riggers, Forklift and Crane Drivers etc will be required to produce the relevant license before commencing work on site. 
It is a condition of entry to site that all visitors comply with any directions given by Pickles staff or their representatives. 
Work carried out on this site must be completed in a manner compliant with all Workplace Health & Safety legislation. Safe Work Method Statements will be required to be completed and submitted for approval before any works will be undertaken onsite.
All power tools and equipment used on site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment. 
Pickles or their representatives will specify, based on the hazards present on the site, the mandatory personal protective equipment required to be worn prior to approval being given for entry to the site. (e.g.; safety footwear, safety eyewear, hard hats etc). All personnel entering the site must wear the following minimum PPE:
- High-visibility shirt, jacket, or vest
- Long pants
- Safety boots 
The use of certified equipment, harnesses, work platforms etc will be required for any work carried out above 1.8 metres. 
The Seller and its agent reserves the right to inspect and assess the roadworthiness and suitability of any vehicle presented for collection.
If, in the Seller's or its agents reasonable opinion, a vehicle is unsafe, unroadworthy, inadequately rated, or otherwise unsuitable to transport the load safely, collection will not be permitted until an appropriate vehicle is provided.
Any resulting costs, delays, or additional expenses will be borne solely by the Buyer.
All site visitors must comply with the Seller's transport and safety requirements as part of the Seller's duty of care obligations.
Under Australia's Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation, all loads must comply with applicable load restraint, mass, and dimension requirements. Compliance may be audited and verified by the Seller prior to loading and departure.
All visitors and transport providers must comply with any lawful direction, instruction, or safety requirement issued by the Seller's representatives. Safety-related decisions made by the Seller are final and non-negotiable.
Should a collection vehicle or trailer be deemed unsuitable for transporting the purchased materials or equipment due to safety concerns, including but not limited to defects, inadequate load restraint capability, insufficient carrying capacity, or non-compliance with applicable transport regulations, the Seller reserves the right to refuse loading.
Any costs arising from such refusal, including travel expenses, delays, rescheduling costs, or additional transport charges, shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

WHS Notification: Enclosed footwear must always be worn onsite. Entry for inspection/collection will be refused should enclosed footwear not comply.
