EOI: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Equipment, Stock, Associated Assets & Assignment of Lease

Under Instructions from our Anne Meagher, SV Partners, Matter of Trisnbell Pty Ltd t/a TNB Pharmaceuticals (In Liquidation), Pickles is seeking expressions of interest for Pharmaceutical Plant and Equipment, Warehouse Equipment, Air Compressors.

Please carefully read all the attached Terms and Conditions in EOI Document to ensure offers are considered for the purchase.

Offers will be accepted from Tuesday, 3rd November 2026 with offers closing Wednesday, 11th June 2026 at 3pm AEST. Please note that the vendor is open to offers before the EOI closing date and may be sold prior to closing date.

Viewing Days: By appointment only.

Payment: The deposit must be paid within one (1) business day of acceptance, with the balance payable in full within five (5) business days.

Collection: Collection must be completed within ten (10) business days of completion of the sale.

WHS Notification: Enclosed footwear must always be worn onsite. Entry for inspection/collection will be refused should enclosed footwear not comply.
