Description/Listing of Assets

Pickles Auctions is offering Expressions of Interest for Interseat Stadium Retractable Seating. 

Please carefully read all the attached Terms and Conditions required to be considered for the purchase.

Payment: Items are sold on “as is – where is” basis, deposit within 48hrs and full Payment within 10 business days.

Collection: Collections Strictly via appointment Monday-Friday And Collections must be before 30 buiness Days. Call Stuart 0410306782 Or Storage Fees will apply and assets will be "Abandoned Goods". No Loading Faclilties Onsite (Forklift available for loading if required). Removal is entirely at the expense of the buyer.  

Note: The Auctioneer and Seller have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that any plant and equipment is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use. ALL transport must be compliant and all (CoR) rules will apply.

Terms and Conditions: All persons submitting an expression of interest are required to fill out this EOI form with details of their offer. The vendor is open to offers before the EOI closing date and may be sold prior to closing date.

DISASSEMBLY
Buyer is responsible to dismantle and remove from site in accordance with all relevant safe work regulations and codes of practice. Safe Work Method Statements, Relevant Licences, Public Liability & Workers Compensation Insurances will be required to be supplied and approved prior to works commencing

Buyer to arrange own lifting equipment as lifting equipment is not available on site
