EOI: Used Building Modules & Various Kitchen Appliances

Pickles Mining is offering expression of Interest on Used Building Modules & Various Kitchen Appliances/General Goods.

Fees: There will be a flat fee of 16.5% applied to this sale.

Payment: Items are sold on “as is – where is” basis and must be paid for within 24 hours of invoice issued.

Collection: Refer to the contractor management letter attached & complete & provide all requested documentation. Plan to prepare and safely remove the Used Building Modules & Various Kitchen Appliances by 29th  August, 2025.  If an EOI does not include the information/plans requested above, or comply with the Pickles EOI document, it will be rejected.

Additional Information: The Auctioneer and Seller have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that any plant and equipment is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use. ALL transport must be compliant and all (CoR) rules will apply.

Terms and Conditions:
All persons submitting an expression of interest are required to fill out this EOI form with details of their offer. The vendor is open to offers before the EOI closing date and may be sold prior to closing date.
