Payment: Payment must be finalised within 24 hours of the sale closing or your invoice may be cancelled at Pickles sole discretion.

Delivery/collection information: Items are sold as pickup only. All lots must be collected within three business days. Storage fees may apply.

Collection Information:  In accordance with updated transport guidelines, we will no longer accept or load salvage assets onto car trailers (excludes motorbike collections).

Uncollected Vehicles: All sold vehicles are to be removed within 2 business days from all Pickles facilities. Vehicles not removed will be charged daily storage fees, which must be paid in full, prior to collection.

Note: To collect your purchases, please ensure you bring a copy of your zero balance invoice as well as photo ID. On the basis you send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you will need to send them with a copy of your zero balance invoice, a copy of your photo ID and a signed document authorising to release the goods.

WHS Notification: Enclosed footwear must always be worn onsite. Entry for inspection/collection will be refused should enclosed footwear not comply.
