Description/Listing of Assets

Pickles Auctions is offering Expressions of Interest for Pilatus PC-12 Fixed Wing Aircraft

Please carefully read all the attached Terms and Conditions required to be considered for the purchase.

Payment: Assets are sold as is where is with all faults if any. Deposit within 5 days and Full Payment within 12 days. 

Collection: Collection to occur once payment received. Insurance of aircraft to be provided once payment made. Successful Tender to arrange collection with the project manager by appointment only. 

Note: The Auctioneer and Seller have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that any plant and equipment is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use. ALL transport must be compliant and all (CoR) rules will apply.

Additional information: Enclosed footwear must be worn at all times when collecting goods. Persons under the age of 16 years will not be permitted onsite. Tradespeople e.g.; electricians, plumbers etc will be required to produce the relevant licence before commencing work on site. Riggers, Forklift and Crane Drivers etc will be required to produce the relevant license before commencing work on site. It is a condition of entry to site that all visitors comply with any directions given by Pickles staff or their representatives. Work carried out on this site must be completed in a manner compliant with all Workplace Health & Safety legislation. All power tools and equipment used on site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment. Pickles or their representatives will specify, based on the hazards present on the site, the mandatory personal protective equipment required to be worn prior to approval being given for entry to the site. (e.g.; safety footwear, safety eyewear, hard hats etc). The use of certified equipment, harnesses, work platforms etc will be required for any work carried out above 1.8 metres. Buyer is responsible to dismantle and remove from site in accordance with all relevant safe work regulations and codes of practice. Safe Work Method Statements, Relevant Licences, Public Liability & Workers Compensation Insurances will be required to be supplied and approved prior to works commencing.
