Pickles Auctions is offering Expressions of Interest for a Sandalwood Oil Distillation Plant

Please carefully read all the attached Terms and Conditions required to be considered for the purchase.

Payment: Payment must be finalised with 10 Business days of EOI being accepted by Auctioneer

Collection: Assets to be collected by successful tenderer with 15 business days of bid being accepted or as otherwise noted by Project Manager.  Collection will be via appointment only.  Assets may need to be dismantled by the successful buyers prior to collection, all relevant WHS regulations must be strictly adhered to. Please ensure adequate transport and/or equipment is arranged prior to collecting.  Please refer to individual lot descriptions for collection locations.
Any items remaining uncollected after the specified timeframe will incur a storage fee or may be deemed abandoned and disposed of. 
Asset packaging and removal are the purchasers responsibility in the time frame specified for this sale. 
Please be aware during busy periods an extensive wait time should be expected. 
Enclosed footwear must be worn at all times when inspecting or collecting goods. 
Persons under the age of 16 years will not be permitted onsite.

All persons submitting an expression of interest are required to fill out this EOI form with details of their offer. The vendor is open to offers before the EOI closing date and may be sold prior to closing date.
