Who are these cars being sold on behalf of?
Various federal, state, and local government bodies, fleet, and leasing companies, not for profit organisations, age care providers, utility companies, financiers, corporations, and private sellers   

Are these vehicles on the Written Off Vehicle Register (WOVR)?
No. None of the vehicles in this sale are on the WOVR

How damaged are the vehicles?

How much will it cost to repair these vehicles?
The cost to repair each vehicle will vary. We recommended that you undertake your own enquiries as to the potential repair cost with a Panel Dent Repairer prior to bidding.

Can we view the vehicles? 
No. This is an online auction. There is no viewing of vehicles prior to, or during the auction. Refer to the vehicle listings for descriptions, condition reports, and photographs. All vehicles are unencumbered, not on the written off vehicle register, and are impacted by hail.

How can I pay for vehicles?
Our preferred method of payment is EFT or direct deposit at any ANZ Bank. Cash and cheque payments can be made at any ANZ Bank. Refer to our bank account details on the invoice.

What if I cannot pay for a vehicle?
All cancelled sales with result in forfeiture of deposits

When can I collect vehicles?
Vehicles can be collected during business hours Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm. from Monday 29 November. Vehicles from this sale need to be collected by Wednesday 1 December. 

Can I pick up on day of auction?
No. 

Can we register the vehicles?
For South Australian buyers, yes. All vehicles, excluding ex-defence force vehicles can be transferred and registered in South Australia on site by Pickles for a fee of $99.00 plus government charges. Interstate buyers would need to refer to their local registration and licensing guidelines. 

What fees are charged to purchase the vehicles in this sale?
A buyer’s premium of 13.5% plus an administration fee of $66, and internet bidding fee of $55 applies to all lots sold in this auction.

Can vehicles be insured? 
We recommend you make your own enquiries with your preferred Insurer prior to bidding.
