This Privacy Collection Notice explains how Pickles Auctions Pty. Limited (ABN 32 003 417 650) and those related bodies corporate listed in section 1.7 below (Pickles, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, holds and discloses your personal information in connection with your use of the www.pickles.com.au website (Website) or otherwise throughout your interactions with any of Pickles physical branches or auction houses.

By providing your personal information to us, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Collection Notice and our Privacy Policy.

You also consent to receiving communications from Pickles about Pickles’ products, services, offers, promotions, news and events. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing emails at any time by notifying us or clicking the unsubscribe button in one of our emails.

(c) consider your requests and provide our products and services to you, including coordinating delivery of your goods;

(d) facilitate and process your online bids, purchases and payments;

(e) carry out or respond to your queries or requests;

(f) facilitate your entry into competitions run through the Website

(g) undertake fraud prevention activities;

(h) meeting legal and regulatory requirements;

(i) perform administrative and operational tasks (including risk management, systems development and testing, staff training and collecting debts);

(j) seek your feedback, facilitate product reviews and manage any customer concerns or complaints;

Some of these recipients to whom we disclose your personal information may be located overseas in New Zealand and Malaysia.
