Pickles prepares for the 2026 expo by looking back on previous events
At Pickles, we know value when we see it. That's why we invest in a range of big and grassroots initiatives within the industry, to enrich the sector overall and give back to the communities around us. An occasion the Pickles Industrial team looks forward to every year is the Diesel, Dirt & Turf Expo, an annual, premium industry event and Australia's largest construction exhibition.
The Diesel, Dirt & Turf Expo is held in April or May each year and offers industry insiders a chance to exhibit their gear and services to the general public, who like to view construction and earthmoving equipment and enjoy the Pickles annual live auction.
A vast range of industry vendors attend every year, as the expo offers a singular event for the sector to gather and show off the latest and greatest from the sector. Held at the iconic Sydney Dragway racetrack in Western Sydney, the Diesel, Dirt & Turf Expo is the perfect family friendly event for those interested in getting up close and personal earthmoving and construction equipment.
The 2026 event will be held over a long weekend from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 April, with Pickles renowned live auction hosted on the first day of the expo from 1pm. This year's auction is the biggest and best yet, with over 50 lots of quality used loaders, graders, backhoes, rollers, ATVs, and ride-on mowers auctioned off for the crowd. Many of the items featured come from top manufacturers such as Komatsu, Hitachi, Kobelco, John Deere, Kubota, and many more.
One of the highlights from the auction will be a high quality 2024 CAT 350 excavator with only 1,000 hours on the clock, with a huge array of fittings and features.
Conducting a live auction of this magnitude is a source of pride for the Pickles team, as our friendly Industrial crew relish the opportunity to say hello and it's a way to show off the extensive range of great equipment available to exhibition spectators.
