Beston Global Food Company liquidation sale now on!
Following the voluntary administration of Beston Global Food Company (ASX:BFC), Pickles is proud to partner with KPMG Australia in managing the sale of the company’s key dairy processing assets from its Jervois and Murray Bridge operations in South Australia. Our priority in this partnership was clear: manage an orderly wind-down and maximise the realisation of the assets, which is something we specialise in through our insolvency and remarketing expertise.
This sale marks a significant transition in the local dairy industry, with more than 180 employees and suppliers impacted. It has also created a unique opportunity for buyers as we are auctioning off over 450 lots of quality dairy processing assets. This is an exceptional opportunity for businesses looking to expand, upgrade or diversify their operations.
Global Expression of Interest Campaign
In December 2024, we launched a global Expression of Interest (EOI) campaign targeting major processing lines and equipment – and the response exceeded expectations, attracting buyers from across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
“We knew there was strong demand for high-quality dairy processing equipment” said Gavin Dempsey, Senior Executive – Pickles Finance & Advisory. “Our global reach helped us connect quickly with the right buyers, and the success of the EOI campaign showed that even in tough circumstances, strategic asset sales can deliver excellent results.”
