Revisit asset details

Purchased an asset and need to refer to the details?
If you’re signed in to MyPickles, you can now easily revisit and save:

• Original listing photos
• Condition reports

Available for assets sold from 1 January 2026.

Access PPSR reports

We’ve made it easier to find key write‑off and vehicle history information in one place.

Once you’re signed in, you can access the PPSR report on any assets you’ve purchased and download them directly from MyPickles. This ensures important compliance information is available when you need it most.

This means:

• Quick access to critical vehicle history information
• Less digging through emails or paperwork
• Everything stored securely with your purchase details

Please note: PPSR reports are only available after purchase and are not provided for earthmoving assets or combo loads.

WOVR codes for salvage assets

Buying salvage? We’ve added features that provide extra transparency.
Logged‑in members can now view Written‑Off Vehicle Register (WOVR) codes directly on the item details page for salvage assets.

This provides:

• Clear visibility of WOVR information during and after purchase
• Better tools to help with decision‑making
• Fewer follow‑ups or manual checks

WOVR codes are not available for earthmoving assets or combo loads.

What’s new?

You can now view your invoices grouped by status, with colour coding to clearly show whether an invoice is:

• In progress
• Ready to download and pay
• Paid / zero balance

Each invoice row now clearly displays key details at a glance, including:

• Invoice number and status
• Issue date
• Sales event name and number
• Number of assets on the invoice
• Invoice total and balance due

This gives you real‑time visibility over what’s outstanding and what’s already been settled.

Improved filtering and sorting

Finding the right invoice is now faster and more flexible. You can sort and filter invoices by:

• Issued date (newest to oldest or oldest to newest)
• Balance due (high to low or low to high)
• Last updated date (newest to oldest or oldest to newest)
• Invoice amount (high to low or low to high)

These enhancements make it easier to quickly locate invoices, prioritise payments, and stay on top of your purchases.
