You can sell your vehicle directly to Pickles, with a purchase price provided after a brief online self-appraisal including photos. There will also an option to sell via consignment if preferred.  
No, Pickles’ valuation and offer are completely free. Fees may only apply for vehicles sold via auction or consignment.
Yes. Provided that you can supply Pickles with an invoice or current payout advice from your financier, which includes their bank details, Pickles can make direct payment to them on your behalf.

Most novated vehicles are sold in a public auction alongside other fleet managed cars. This means both private buyers and dealers will bid on your car. Ex-novated vehicles are very popular given their condition, age and good services history.
A member of our novated lease team will reach out and walk through the process with you, including what paperwork is required. Various items (original invoice, a payout letter, registration papers etc) will be necessary to complete the sale or consignment. 
No. Vehicles can be sold unregistered or registered.
Yes. Even if you have already paid out your residual, you can still use novated lease remarketing.
Yes, if selling via consignment. All novated lease vehicles have an agreed reserve price before being proposed for sale.
Yes. Your leasing company should be able to provide you with an early termination value or early payout value.
No. Pickles can arrange transport for your vehicle from wherever you are located to our facility via our Australia-wide transport network. These costs can be deducted from the agreed purchase price or deducted from the vehicle proceeds if using out consignment method.
No. Pickles’ self-appraisal tool helps us understand the condition of your vehicle upfront. All vehicles are inspected upon arrival before payment to the seller or finance company to ensure the condition of the vehicle mirrors what was reported during the self-appraisal process.
It can take up to 1 week for the car to be prepared and lotted into auction.
It can take up to 7-10 business days for the sale/auction to be reconciled and for you to receive your payment. You shall receive account sale documents via email that outlines the sale price minus the commission, the title check and the detailing fee, and if applicable, transport fee.
Commission will be charged at 4.4% of the sale price (with a minimum commission of $550 inc GST), title check fee of $33.00 and a detailing fee of $104.50 (Detailing fee of $440 inc GST for NT) including a roadworthy certificate fee will also be charged if completed.
