*This vehicle is excluded from the dealer guarantee provided under Section 57 and 72 of the NSW Motor Dealing and Repairers Act 2013. The Dealer is not required to repair or make good any defect which may exist or occur in this vehicle.
*The vehicle is excluded from the guarantee provided by Sections 54-59, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumers Act 2010.
*Vehicles sold without a Road Worthy Certificate, it may be incomplete and non-operational.

Payment: Payment is to be made within 24 hours of sale. If full payment is not received by 8:00am Thursday, 5th November the sale will be deemed forfeit and the sale cancelled.
Your invoice and zero balance invoice once payment has been received can be located in your MyPickles Account under Billing. Banking details for payment are located at the bottom of the invoice. Once your funds have been allocated to your purchase a zero balance invoice will be issued in your MyPickles. Payment via Credit Card is not available.
Please provide the zero balance invoice when collection or arranging collection of your asset.
Thurgoona Collection Information: All items must be collected between Thursday, 5th to Friday, 13th November from 8:00am to 3:00pm only. Failure to collect within the collection period and by 3:00pm Friday, 13th November will result in the item being deemed forfeit. Collection via a licenced tilt tray operator only, no other collection accommodations can be made. Vehicles are not permitted to be driven offsite; vehicle permits will not be accepted.
Please Note: Any General Goods items purchased in accompaniment to a Vehicle must be transported separately or loaded and secured by purchaser or transporter.
