Invoice notice: If you have purchased a combination load, our team will send you an itemised invoice within 24 hours. Please do not pay until you have received the itemised invoice.

Delivery/Collection Information: All items are sold as pickup only. Collection from various locations apply which are identified on the asset listed on the website. Collection times are between 9am-4pm and all assets must be picked up 3 Business days after the auction concludes

Any salvage asset requiring collection from Acacia Ridge & Archerfield Branches by use of a crane/s, will require a permit from the Archerfield Airport prior to collection.

Note: To collect your purchases, please ensure you bring a copy of your winner’s email or invoice as well as photo ID. On the basis you send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you will need to send them with a copy of your winner’s email, a copy of your photo ID and a signed document authorising to release the goods.

WHS Notification: Enclosed footwear must always be worn onsite. Entry for inspection/collection will be refused should enclosed footwear not comply.
