Suzuki has claimed the top position for having the most satisfied customers in Canstar Blue's customer ratings for new cars in 2018 scoring five stars across several factors including reliability, value for money and overall satisfaction.
With first place awarded to Suzuki, Honda, Hyundai, Kia and Mazda rounded out the top five.
Last years winner was BMW, who also won in 2016, and Mazda, together taking out the top place. Suzuki rated 10th in 2017.
Suzuki rated five for overall satisfaction, four for driving experience, four for point of sale service, three for after sale service, five for reliability, five for value for money and 4 for car servicing.
