Search for an item online or onsite at your local branch.
Check the condition report and photos online or visit the branch to physically inspect the item. Remember the lot number of the items you’ve found online and find it on the floor. The number will be on the windscreen.
Fill out a blue registration form and hand this to reception staff along with your photo ID. Once you receive your buyer number make your way to the auction floor and start looking. Alternatively, skip the queue and pre-register online. Simply click on the ‘Register Now’ button in the auction details, enter your information, print your confirmation and bring to reception to get your bidder number on the day.
If you want to bid on an item, just hold up your hand. It’s a good idea to stand or sit where you’re easily visible to Pickles staff.
If you are the highest bidder, a Pickles staff member will approach you to help you pay your deposit. Once the full amount has been paid in person you can drive the car home.
Bring identification and the invoice to pick up the item. Contact the branch for more information on pick up times and dates. It's that simple.
