The
US Consumer report for 2018 has listed a Korean make as the top performing luxury car, beating German carmakers Audi by one point.
Genesis, the new luxury brand from Hyundai edged out all other competitors, taking first place with only two models tested, the G80 and G90 sedans. Rounding out the top five was Audi, BMW, Lexus and Porsche.
Factored into the score is a road-test; predicated reliability; owner satisfaction ratings; and safety features including forward-collision and automatic braking.
The win by Korean automakers reflects steady improvement over the years in performance and luxury features.
