Pickles Auctions is offering Expressions of Interest for IP, Stock, Plant and Equipment.

Please carefully read all the attached Terms and Conditions required to be considered for the purchase.

Fees: Fees for this sale will be 15%.  

Payment: Items are sold on “as is – where is” basis and must be paid for within 5 business days of invoice being issued.

Collection: By appointment only within ten days of invoice being issued.

Note: The Auctioneer and Seller have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that any plant and equipment is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use. ALL transport must be compliant and all (CoR) rules will apply.

Additional Information: Buyers to be aware that GreyScan's technology is regulated by the Defence Export Control regulations which govern the movement and ownership of technology deemed by the Dept of Defence as being of a national security interest.
