These are displayed at the auction site and apply to the auction. We recommend that you read them. The Auctioneer will draw your attention to these prior to the auction.
Buyers should be aware that a processing fee of 16.5%< $9999.99>11%<$19999.99>8.25% (incl. GST) of the hammer price will be added to their invoice. A $66.00 admin fee will be applicable to all lots sold for $9,999.99 or more.
Before you buy you must register at the registration desk. You will be required to sign a Buyer's Identification form stating that you understand the 'Terms and Conditions of Auction'. You must produce a identification in the form of a current Australian driver licence. You will then be given a Buyer number which is yours for this Auction only.
If successful, the items will be 'knocked down' to you. You will be immediately approached by a clerk to whom you are required to pay a deposit of 10% by cash or bank cheque. The balance of the money is to be paid by Day of Sale – Monday, 20 June 2019. Cash, Bank Cheque or EFTPOS only. Please note: Cash & Credit Card Fee’s Apply.
Will commence after the completion of the Auction (subject to payment conditions). All goods must be removed from the sale venue by within 7 days.
Condition and Description
Reference to condition of items contained in the catalogue has been supplied by the vendor. Interpretation of condition is a matter of opinion and intending buyers should satisfy themselves in this regard. In many cases we have only seen a photograph and we cannot guarantee whatsoever the description. Where hours and/or kilometres are indicated for a particular vehicle/machine either verbally or in writing it is an indication of the hours/kilometres showing on that asset. 'Caveat emptor'.
Some items may be withdrawn prior to auction.
The Auctioneer has the right to nominate how much each bid represents. Be careful - You cannot withdraw a bid once it has been made.
If requested in writing we will execute bids for Buyers unable to attend the auction. Lots will be purchased as reasonably as is allowed by such other bids and reserves where applicable. All bids should be accompanied by a bank cheque of 10% of the maximum bid price payable to 'Pickles Auctions Trust Account'. See absentee form for further details.
Health and Safety
The Auctioneer and the Vendor have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that no plant or equipment offered for sale is fit for use in any workplace and it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that the plant is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use.
