Condition and Description
Reference to condition of items contained in the catalogue has been supplied by the vendor. Interpretation of condition is a matter of opinion and intending buyers should satisfy themselves in this regard. In many cases we have only seen a photograph and we cannot guarantee whatsoever the description. Where hours and/or kilometres are indicated for a particular vehicle/machine either verbally or in writing it is an indication of the hours/kilometres showing on that asset. 'Caveat emptor'.
Some items may be withdrawn prior to auction.
The Auctioneer has the right to nominate how much each bid represents. Be careful - You cannot withdraw a bid once it has been made.
If requested in writing, we will execute bids for Buyers unable to attend the auction. Lots will be purchased as reasonably as is allowed by such other bids and reserves where applicable. All bids should be accompanied by a bank cheque of 10% of the maximum bid price payable to 'Pickles Auctions Trust Account'. See absentee form for further details.
