Items are sold on “as is – where is”, “Best return” basis and must be paid for within two (2) working days from acceptance of the purchaser’s offer, unless otherwise agreed between Pickles and the purchaser.
Terms & Conditions
All persons submitting an expression of interest are required to fill out this EOI form with details of their offer. Offers can be submitted in writing via email or at a Pickles Auctions Branch. The successful applicant will be advised within two (2) working days of the close date. All OH&S rules must be adhered to at all times.
All items must be removed within two weeks from date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed between Pickles and the purchaser. Demob costs may be covered by the vendor depending on where the machine is being relocated to. Please contact Ashton or Steve for more information.
