Items are sold on “as is – where is”, “Best return” basis and must be paid for by 5 Working Days.

Terms & Conditions

All persons submitting an expression of interest tender are required to fill out this EOI form with details of their offer. Tenders can be submitted via email to raymond.webb@pickles.com.au. The successful applicant only will be advised within two (2) working days. All OH&S rules must be adhered to at all times.

Removal

To be discussed with interested parties as part of this Expression of Interest process.
The removal of the wood pellets will be for the buyer to undertake and at the buyers’ expense. Access to the property will be provided, however the removal of the pellets will need to be addressed by the buyer via an extraction plan. This will need to be provided and agreed upon prior to the sale being completed. This plan will need to cover working in confined spaces, occupational health and safety (OH&S) requirements and allow for appropriate insurances being in place. Buyer & Transport Operators must comply with all OH&S. Buyer must ensure surroundings are left in make good order when purchased items are removed.

Inspections of the silo storage location can we arranged by contacting Ray Webb from Pickles on 0417 216 376 or via raymond.webb@pickles.com.au. Note the wood pellets are located in Willyung WA 6330.

Health and Safety

The wood pellets have been stored within the ventilated silos for c.4 years. Compliance with Health and Safety is paramount in the removal and transport of the pellets.
