Let a Graduate Traineeship with Pickles be the start of something.

Over the two-year Graduate Traineeship Program you’ll work with industry leaders and gain exposure to all areas of the Industrial division. You’ll develop a vast array of skills including assets valuations, auctioneering, sales techniques and project management, including insolvencies. 

In year one you’ll experience various roles and gain a strong grounding within our business. We’ll then work with you to tailor your second-year experience, ensuring that you gain the skills and experience necessary to progress in your career at Pickles. After the program you’ll move into a role within the business which suits you, dependent on your preferences and opportunities available. 

The Program is available in regional NSW, Sydney, Canberra, or Brisbane.

About you

  • You may have recently finished High School or graduated University, or may be partway through your degree
  • You may have previous experience or exposure to an agricultural or construction-based industry
  • You are willing to relocate for secondments in other parts of Australia
  • You have a keen interest in construction, earthmoving, agriculture and trucks
  • You are looking to develop a long-term career with Pickles
  • You demonstrate integrity and initiative, you love learning and solving problems, and are customer focused
  • You’re naturally resilient, innovative, a strong team player with exceptional communication skills and are highly motivated
