How to make a complaint

Step 1 - Get in touch

Call 1300 052 392 to speak directly to a customer service team member between Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm AEDT.

Step 2 - Tell us what happened

Please provide
  •  Your name and buyer number (if applicable)
  •  Asset details including ID, rego etc.
  •  Your best contact details
  •  Details of your complaint and your resolution expectations
