How to make a complaint
Step 1 - Get in touch

Call 1300 052 392 to speak directly to a customer service team member between Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm AEDT.

Step 2 - Tell us what happened
Please provide
- Your name and buyer number (if applicable)
- Asset details including ID, rego etc.
- Your best contact details
- Details of your complaint and your resolution expectations

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).
ACCC is a free independent Commonwealth statutory authority promoting competition, fair trading and regulating national infrastructure for the benefit of all Australians.
