Tim Pickles - Executive Chairman
Following 15 years as Managing Director of the company, Tim has recently assumed the role of Executive Chairman of both the Governance Board and the Advisory Board. Along with the other Board members, Tim provides high level strategic support to the Executive team. Tim has over 20 years' experience as an auctioneer and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the auction industry.
Matthew Peterson
Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Matthew oversaw the Motor Vehicle division which included Government, Fleet, Repossessed and Manufacturer vehicles. Matthew has over 22 years' experience in the auction industry. He has been the catalyst and engineer for the introduction of many unique value added services in the motor vehicle auction industry including the highly successful online internet vehicle management system for vendors known as PAIRS.
Steve Hawkes
Prior to joining the Advisory Board, Steve was Chief Financial Officer for 11 years. Steve is a Chartered Accountant and before joining Pickles Auctions he held management and senior finance roles with a number of international public companies in Australia and the UK.
Jock Cameron
For more than 20 years Jock has been advising senior leaders in the fields of business and government. He has been intimately involved in Pickles Auctions for more than 15 years, fulfilling a variety of consulting and facilitation roles during that time. Jock is also the Executive Director of the National Student Leadership Forum, one of Australia's most significant leadership development initiatives for young adults. His wealth of experience and knowledge in the area of leadership will be an invaluable addition to the Advisory.
